How to describe your gear so people actually book it

Owner notes: the listings that get requested are the specific ones. Nothing here changes your price or your calendar.

Say what it is, precisely

Length, capacity, weight, year, how many people it seats, what it tows with. Renters are trying to work out whether it fits their trip and their vehicle.

Photograph the actual item in daylight, including anything scuffed. A visible scratch in the listing is never a complaint later.

Say what it is not for

A recreational kayak that is wrong for big open water, a camper that needs a proper hitch, a bike sized for an adult and not a teenager.

Ruling out the wrong trip early saves you the messages and saves them the drive.

Be clear about handover

Where pickup happens, what time works, whether you deliver, what comes with it, and how you want it returned.

You set your rate, your deposit and your available dates. WildGrid never changes them for you.
