You set your own rate and your own availability. WildGrid never changes an owner's price, never discounts a booking and never reprices one that has been agreed. This page explains exactly what we keep and when you get the rest.

Following your own money
Your owner portal shows one line per booking where money was taken: the rental amount, WildGrid's share, your share, and whether it is held, released to you, or refunded — with the date each thing happened. Nothing there is estimated.
